Our pasture-raised Cornish Cross chickens are raised in small batches with room to roam, fresh air, and attentive care. Sold whole and professionally processed, they offer wholesome, flavorful chicken raised the old-fashioned way—from our homestead to your table.
$6.00 per pound. Our finished whole chickens are expected to average approximately 5–7 pounds each, with final pricing based on the actual processed weight of each bird.
When placing your order, please indicate the number of chickens you would like to reserve.
Chickens will be provided whole unless otherwise requested. If you would like your chicken quartered or parted into individual cuts, please indicate your preference in the Instructions section of the order form. An additional processing fee will apply for quartering or parting.
Because each chicken is raised individually, finished weights will vary. Your final total will be calculated after processing based on the actual weight of your bird(s).
Our heritage turkeys are raised with room to roam, and plenty of opportunity to forage naturally. Slowly grown and thoughtfully cared for on our homestead. Our homestead offers 2 unique options:
Bourbon Red: Rich, deeply flavorful meat with exceptionally tender, succulent dark meat and a savory, old-fashioned turkey flavor.
Narragansett: Tender, juicy meat with a balanced ratio of breast and dark meat, offering a clean, full-bodied flavor and beautiful texture.
